So although I lost a few days of training and my normal classes i still got a loss on the scales and skinfolds, didn't do measurements this week due to lack of time before Paul had to leave for clients. Stats are on the sidebar.
Still really focused, loving consistent eating and training, having a daily 'little something', but have a slight change in purpose and direction, won't change things with regards to training and nutrition hugely but does mean change all the same, will update on that soon.
Covered my class this morning!!! I know, not like me but i had to listen to my body and my throat was a little sore again and nose started to run again, need to fully recover and a Bodyattack was not going to help this.
Going to watch Bryce play footy soon, this season they play 4 matches then the ladder /teams get re-shuffled to pitch the correct level of teams against each other.
They play match one of the new ladder last week and lost (Bryce scored 7 of 8 goals though, think proud mum might have mentioned this already!) so they could really do with a win this week.

Congratulations Shar - you have already reached your week 4 goal and the bonus is it is reached a week early! You sound like you are in a great place right now - that must feel just as great as the scale and measurement loss. xxx
