Back to Basics

Yep thats right, I'm going back to basics with this blog - I set it up as a recording place for my training, nutrition and a bit of news now and again.
Back to basics with my training and back to basics with my nutrition.

Starting to feel good again, 10 weeks today, bubs is growing. Really aiming to get back to it.

Eat a wide variety of food within nutritional guidelines I've set for myself
