Hi Shar
I competed with the WNBF last year and found it to be a better show/more enjoyable show then the INBA, I will definately be going in another one next year after I get my baby body back!
I recommend it to everyone, it is such a family environment all round. Very relaxing that is for sure.
Hope that helps

Shar I agree totally and have emailed you with more.

Hi Shar,
You will find that the WNBF really looks after every competitor and really is a fair federation when it comes to drug testing and judging as they are consistant.
It is also easy to get feedback after the show, just what every competitor needs :-)
Hope this helps.

I competed with WNBF and loved it and the federation.

I'm going to throw a spanner in the works, i competed at WNBF in May last year here in Sydney and it was the worst experience - prob due to it being their first show. It was extremely unorganised, but in saying that, shows are a huge event to organise. IMO - I think all Federations are the same, they all have the same politics, and bullshit but at the end of the day we get on stage to be judged fairly - that's the main thing. When it becomes unfair - that pisses me off. I'm going to prob try a couple of different federations this year, just to keep things interesting!!
