Yummo - Meal 3 of the day

Check this out, my late lunch........
Chicken, Mushroom
and Ricotta Filo Parcels
This is my new meal,
comes in at the following -
Cals 293, 6g Fat, 34g Protein,
27g Carbs.
They are delish and taste even better cause I have taken the time (5 mins max!)
to make them. THANKS FOR THE CHANGE BOSS!! :)
So I woke up feeling better today, I'm still blocked up and did feel really wiped out on Saturday and Sunday, although on Sunday I did drag my arse down to the footy to watch my bestest boy who scored 7 of the 8 goals!!
So this morning I taught Bodyvive which I found quite taxing!! I was worried about teaching Bodyattack tonight, though it might floor me but I actually managed quite well, the challenge is TWO bodyattacks tomorrow, one A.M, one P.M then one on Thursday, break on Friday though.
Same as last week, I will lose 2 days of this week due to sickness but I'm feeling good about getting back after a four day break from exercise and getting a loss on the scales and skinfolds.
Feeling really great with everything, calories are at a level that is allowing losses but I am eating heaps, metabolism is starting to pick up, good variety and for once I'm not training my ass off raising my cortisol levels and living in a catabolic state. FAB-U-LESS.

What you believe yourself to be, you are."
-- Claude M. Bristol

Do you believe, deep down inside of you, that you can succeed in what you want to do?
Beliefs are strong, and they have the power to attract what is believed to us.
If we doubt our ability to succeed, if we in fact believe we WON'T succeed, then sure enough, that’s what will happen.
What do you believe about yourself?
You have the power to change your beliefs, and that will change your outcome.
Set goals you believe you can accomplish.
Your beliefs will shape your actions.
As you achieve these goals, you'll begin to believe you are capable of succeeding and of doing even more.

Keep up the good work Shar. Doesn't getting sick really put you back? I hate it. I am hoping not to get sick again for awhile....

Have a great week!
